I don't know exactly which item, but it could be either Crossfire tech support, or else account billing/purchases.

So you are saying you had 15,000 zp stolen from you?
is it possible you already spent it?

you can check by going to your profile via the clan page, and from there you click logs, then zp log

from there you can see when the zp amount was spent

what happens is that my nickname in crossfire was _Buck3dHead * and I think changed msn nick and my account because it appears on the website of clans and the password does not believe that hacked me but Crossfire does nothing to help me to recover, if anyone knows how I hope I agregen xpinwinox@msn.com
