Crate Gun glitch

So today, I decided to buy some crates and open them until I got a temporary weapon. I got an xm8. After putting it in my bag, and i go back to the game room, it says the the xm8 has already malfunctioned and must be repaired. It happened to a bunch of other temporary crate guns I got. So far as I know, the gun malfunctions in anaconda and beretta gp crates.

Dont think its a bug, if u have broke any of those guns before.

Then everytime u get it again it is broken.

Really? I didn't know that. I purchased a deagle before, broke it, got another deag, and it was okay. :O

It only applys to crate guns that u broke.

When you win a black market gun thats temporary ,like a 7 day m4-adv, and you break it or damage it and dont repair it before your time with the gun is up if you win it again its done the same damage you left it with.

That's rather stupid... What good is a temporary mp7 if u cant break it?

No, I mean that I didn't have a broken xm8 in my inventory before but I had a perm one. And when I spun the xm8 and equip it, it suddenly broke.

they change it during patch
