If you're using a standard keyboard, change your keyboard language to 'English US'. If you're using a laptop, you have to press the function key 'fn' and 'print screen' at the same time. You'll know if it's taken a screenie, as a little message will appear confirming so.
The images, along with your replays, will be located in 'My Documents', in a folder labelled 'CrossFire'.
