You did a survey, you submitted false information, the ZP that would have been your reward was chargebacked.
As we're the ones giving out ZP, and Gambit holds off on paying for it because YOU entered the bad information, its your fault and your account is locked.

Simple as that.

Z8 was pretty good about everything but my god I feel like gambit simply stole 21 dollars from me. To those that say fight it think about this; I put in a support email into them the day this whole ordeal happened and I still haven't heard back from them. Good luck getting any response they are crooks, my advice report them to the bbb with this very reason and we can slowly ruin their rating, which I believe they deserve.

As far as Z8 they even took the extra off the last gift code and applied it to my account. The one thing that irks me they took my honorable soldier ribbon when I didn't do anything but happily pay them the money that gambit stole from them.(I think I deserve the ribbon back but whatever I can play again.)

If you sent it in through a ticket then just wait for a reply.

Z8 has been great about it, I simply question the legitimacy of Gambit as a company. They wouldn't respond when I put in a inquire to them w/ the chargeback id and they still owed me over 20k zp that they refused to pay when they cut off contact.

If Z8 was smart they would simply cut ties to these net crooks but thats up to them as a company I suppose. Z8 was fine in this other than taking the honorable soldier ribbon from me. I just wonder how long before another batch of people suddenly get a 21 dollar chargeback on their account mysteriously.

For me, the money was nothing I could care less about a 20 spot but its the fact that I feel like gambit stole that money from me and cost me a whole lot of hassle in the process.

Thats just it I DON'T do surveys which they blamed for many of the chargebacks. I only did offers that involved a credit card and yeah I used my card and always followed the instructions so always got paid other than 1 offer that I did but was never payed for(the 20k zp). I fought them for 6 months over that last one but they would never pay and then one day they simply banned my account no explanation.

To answer I did offers like gamefly, netflix and the stupid little videos you click for 100 zp here and there. I have proof of every offer I ever did with emails and screen shots of the completion but that doesn't matter when gambit will simply ignore your inquires anyway.
