Where do i find replay stuff?

So i wanna report hacker/glitcher and i'm very motivated to it
but i need to know where to find the replay file since i can't use Fraps and these stuff since my computer is not good enough to handle these and will start lagging and my fps will drop and you wouldn't see much thing
so can anyone tell me where to find the file and btw the only way i know how to report is to click on the moduser's signature(there's a link on his signature)
