Hi,
Today, I bought a paysafecard (10,000 zp)
I went to load the account with 10000 zp, but until now I've got no zp.
Why this is happening to me?

Did you check if it billed something? Go to paysafecard website and check how much money do you have on it.

it appeared that i saved 3,33€ but i didn't received any zp until now
