That almost killed my computer with flashing black screens then a permanent black screen, thats good I fixed it before it could ruin my graphic card!

You really can't do that much to help a crappy computer.
At best settings you could raise your fps by 5-10 which really isn't that much more of an effect.

How should I clock this?
