Bought the wrong gun... twice
Scar Heavy looks notoriously like Scar Light. The only difference is the color and the difference is slight.
I wanted a Scar Light very badly so I tried and tried to save up my money for one, but everytime I got near 20k gp, I start looking for what I could buy
I bought a lot of GP crates from the blackmarket.
To be able to buy the Scar Light I bought 50k ZP points and accidentally bought the Scar Heavy. I got frustrated and accidentally bought another Scar Heavy when I tried to fix it by buying a Scar Light... I still had enough money for a Scar Light and I managed to buy a Scar Light the third round, but I really don't want those Scar Heavy... I want a refund on those guns as I bought them from ZP (Well, I bought GP from ZP from Credit Card).
Reason I'm asking for a full refund and not just selling is besides the point that I get like 10% of the GP I spent in buying the Scar Heavy, but because I spent my actual real-world money in buying them. I already sent a ticket about a week ago and a reply right now, I just thought a forum post would make it speak at a louder volume.
Please.

if its a GP purchase, GL getting your money back GP has no real world value so its really tough luck in the end...
if it was a zp purchase, for an item/weapon 30days or more then you could get a refund, within 48 hours of the purchase... also applies to coupons -
Most people do.
If you had bought something with the actual ZP and regretted it, you could have submitted a support ticket within 48 hours.
This does not work for GP, especially not already spent GP.
You spend your money and the GP as you wanted, we're not responsible for which buttons you press. Pay attention.
