Why ?
Well I am near 100 kills with rifle to have my 4 Badge and as I am frequently kicked when I am ace or with some good score then I decided to make some one on one Room . But I realized that the kills were not counted in the Badge stuff 
.
Can someone tell me why ? Thanks .:)

i think it needs 6 players or more per room so the kills count to your Badges kills. -

So the made it harder you need to have at least 6 people in the room
And the count killer needs to be 100 or 80 not sure about that.. anyway about 100 or higher I'm 100% sure

Same, when my clannies go off I hate playing, so I usually just exit out when they leave no point playing games in rooms full of mardy idiots and having no idea if your being kicked. -
