Key-Settings keep resetting (german keyboard)

Hello Community,

I'm new to this so pls don't flame me for known issues...

I'm from Germany and so I have a german setting on my Keyboard/driver (Logitech-G15).

Everytime i Join a new server my Keyboardsettings are reset to the default.
(Ctrl instead of german Strg for example)
So i cant crouch, walk or jumb an have to edit the contols.

And everytime I Join an other Server or restart the Game my settings are lost.
I also tryed to save them or make them default but it stays the same.

Is there something I can do to make my changes permanent?

    is the keyboard itself made with a US configuration? Then it's a z8 problem I suppose, but if it isn't, you should try and get a US keyboard...

    You must go into control panel(systemsteuerung) then select regional language options and advanced then add uk keyboard setting.
    Then use this as your default when playing crossfire.Or do like i do and delete german keyboard setting altogether and get used to the y and the z being the other way around.Then buttons will always remain defined plus you can also push tab key to find out scores/ping etc.

    This is the third thread I've found on the same issue... Maybe it should be more of a priority.
    When I set my keyboard to use QWERTY as an optional layout through Windows, Crossfire wont recognize certain letters in chat (It doesnt make any sense). These letters are T, R, and C... However, I can still use "T" in game to spray while on QWERTY. I dunno why but its just that.

    versuch mal ingame Shift+Alt zu drücken, das schaltet die tastatur fürs game auf EN um und alles klappt :)
