Flash player won't let me install

Hey, can I get some help guys?

When I try to install flash player and run the setup.exe thing.. It says "this program has been blocked for your protection" and it won't let me install... Any ideas why this is happening?

I can let someone team view me after school if you can't brain storm some ideas

Well, is it your antivirus telling you that? Or is it just a regular pop-up by windows?

I click to run it but it says "this program has been blocked for your protection" With the user account control thing. It won't lemme take a screeny either.. So I just uploaded this with my bad phone camera.

Turn off ur AV, and Firewall
download a clean one from adobe scan it with malwarebytes and ur done

EDIT: Now I get this when I download it from intercrap exploiter
