Still can't get my CF to work >_>
This is the 4th time I've un and Re-installed the game.. I've tried doing it in so many ways. MY recent attempt was completely blowing away my computer and yet, it still won't work. I keep getting this damn Socket error. "Socket Error : W[2000] L[10053]"
HELP ME. Seriously..

Try this
First uninstall CF the normal way . then go to My computer then local disk C: then open it and look for program files , Click to open then delete The folder name ( Z8 game ).
Now go to my Document and delete the file name Cross fire .
If you have already the CF exe file on your PC , do not use it to install . " delete it also "
Reboot your PC.
Now your PC has no trace of any CF files .
Go to CF home page and download and install a fresh copy of CF .
" If after all this done and you still have problem then you must find a Dual Desperado and shoot yourself ":p -

Hope this works.. Or I'm dualing you bro! xD -
just get a new PC, i'll fix everything.
And don't try and get a gaming PC, cause with your tech knowledge, it's a waste of everything.
Go get a PC in the $600 - $800 range with a dedicated graphics card and it should run a sh1t game like CF with 80+ fps in 8v8 pubs. -
Disable your Firewall and your anti virus then try again installing.ThumbsUpKid wrote: »SH*T... Still doesn't work. Seriously.
The last thing you can do if it still not work , is to re-install Windows . But better to format the Hard disk then re-install . But as I know that you are an expert in the Computer stuffs I would advise you to find someone to do it for you xd.
By the way how is it that you are still alive ? Did I not ask you to shoot yourself if you fail ?:p -
LOL did not remark you LOCATION until now . Hahahaha .UKDissident wrote: »Your best bet would be to let someone teamview you, then they can fix it, instead of saying try this, try that:p
