blank or black screen...

i have been playing crossfire for about 1 and a half months now. when i play ANY map my screen just goes completly blank randomly... i reinstalled it and redownloaded it 3-5times now, yes i have been turning of my realtime protection and i downloaded it and added it 2 my acceptions list. once the screen goes blank i can still hear the sound and i can stil type once i type everyone and read it i can shoot like usual and do anything but the screen is all blank.... plz help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have windows xp professional version 2002 service pack 3. my friend has the same one as me and plays with no difficuties plz help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!i get realy angry when i get ace and then it blanks out. so please help me.

p.s when i do other stuff on my computer this never happends. also it doesent always happen when i play about 80% of the time. >.<

have you performed a clean install of the game?

yea of course i had a clean instalation i turned real time scanner at th start of the download and the end of the instalation/adding it to my acceptions list.. i have sent many tikets 2 z8games but all they say is look at the forums..

how many tickets exactly have you sent, and over what timeframe...

the more you whine to the support, by spamming tickets, they will just close them without opening them...

is all your software up to date?

is any of your hardware out of date?

i hav sent 3 tikets over 2 months all they said is look at da tech support and dat doesnt help.... idk if all my stuff is up 2 date i hav da new patch my comp has nothin out of date and yea..

I have no idea if this would work, but if you have no already tried turning your resolution down, try turning it down to 800x600, if it isn't that already.
