How to fix this or lower it

I use the same internet connection as my parents and they watch movies online. Is it possible somehow that it doesn't affect my ping. Can I do something that will stop affecting my ping.

Unfortunately there is no program or anything to keep your ping at normal level. Tell them to stop. lulz.
