HELP ME!!! Code_field [02-0300-00000000-211]

Hi dudes

I'm not getting to play crossfire, because it shows an error and I uninstalled and installed the game several times but to no avail.
The error is this: CODE_FIELD [02-0300-00000000-211]
Device database of the operating system is not normal or the device name doens't exist. Please, restart the system.
I do not use any malicious program or something.
If someone can help me.
