Connection has been delayed

Every time I join game... it loads half the bar and the "Connection has been delayed" box appears and then disconnect.... I tried all the solution but it didnt work at all. turning off firewall, re-install the game.. and many other solutions I found on the internet and this forum.
My ram is 4gb... It was normal before.

I've got the same problem as of today. Only difference since last night is that the XTrap software update itself when I started it a couple of hours ago.

I'm on a 25/25MBit connection. I average like 30-40m/s to the UK Servers.

Computer is a 6Gb RAM and Quad Core CPU.

Any ideas?

Solved it by:

Opening up a console window.
Running these commands:

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

After that it worked again. Probably didn't have anything to do with the problem.. I was just glad it seemed to help.
