Blocked account at chargeback

Hey !
About few days ago i deposit 2 x 20 k zp with buddieshops webiste z8 games through paypal, transaction succesfully and i give zp.
This account is no blocked, blocked other my account, i write in this because that blocked i dont write and deposit.

But in the evening i dont have log in acount because blocked through chargeback at paypal.
I contact paypal and i confirm my data personal, he promise me unblocked this transaction but few days pass and this transaction is still blocked.
My account at paypal is access limited because i must confirm my data personal i confirm and send many documents and paypal confirm and unlimited access to my account back, but transaction still hold.
For me thi situation is fun because why z8 and buddieshops punish me for paypal abuse, paypal blocked transaction without earlier message i have money before transaction done i dont fraud and i loyal and reliable player crossfire i send many moneys and this this way treatment is unfair and i am dissapoint.
My question is: who have similarly situation with paypal and how this problem fix.

Ive had this happen to me. The fact is this. You bought something with paypal. Paypal send report of intent to pay z8games. Then paypal thinks z8games is suspicious transaction because of the amount of the purchase. So paypal stops payment. But z8games already gave you the credit for the "zp". So you have to contact support here

You will have to get a prepaid card to pay them the money owed on the account. I suggest gocash card. Send a report ticket to them with your account log in and in game name plus the numbers on the prepaid card. Then you will get your account back.

Ok, but i polish player and dont have gocashcard, maybe paysafecard.
I have question if you have this problem, paypal return your money or send any time moeny to seller?

I will also add...it sucks for me because I not able to get the Honorable ribbon for my account. I didnt intentionally do anything wrong....but oh well. At the end of the day its all about money....thats it.

I write to support, by i think what metod i regulate payment without access to deposit on the website z8. In my account deposit blocked. This situation is fun, z8 can send warning and after time unfinished payment banned , not blocked now to depreve me deposit.
I dont understand this metod, i m dont tchief and i want deposit this money again and i ready to bear this costs and loose earlier pay.

paypal finally unblocked transaction, but my monet back to paypal acount, i want that this money sended to buddieshops. And this momment and dont , how regulate this payment.

Buy a prepaid card. Then write a support ticket to z8games. Give them the card numbers and they will give you back your account. Stop dealing with buddyshops. Find a way to buy prepaid cards and use them in the future. Hope this helps.

Ok, but this way must to accept z8 games, i dont have answer for my problem in side z8 support.
And i have queston: you sended money to z8, but this sum of money contain: chargeback payments plus penalty fee 10 dollars for each chargeback?

That is correct. Im pretty sure the fee is 10 dollars. Wait till they respond to your ticket. They will give you the information you need and how to pay them. It takes a few days so be patient.

happened to me too. i expressed mail their azzez to get mines back fast.your right though pre-paid is the way to go to avoid any chance of this happening

lol just lucky he got me on a good day.otherwise i tell ... off lol.nah gl dealing with paypal.was easier for me just to pay up then deal with their support
