IGN and Username

Honestly, I didn't found a better place to post this.

OK, first off, don't get the wrong idea; I know that you must pay ZP to change your in-game-name. The problem is, about 1 year ago, when I was creating my account, I was moving fast. And didn't realize that my IGN is the same as my username. I would like to change it, even if the percentage for someone to access my account is low. So, I really have to pay to change my name, or there is another (legal!) way to change it?
