Extremly high ping, 1000-5000

I am having extremly high ping issues. So high that I can't even kill anyone, and not because my bullets aren't hitting. For example, to fire grenade, click fire, pin is pulled, 5-10 seconds later, grenade is thrown.

Please don't tell me that my computer sucks, I need better internet, or any post that would look as follows:

Well, it sounds like your internet sucks, you will have to get better internet, there really isn't anything you can do.

Or:

I really don't know, It might be...

I want something that will work, my internet isn't getting any faster, and I have re-installed and re-downloaded a couple times.

Please tell me things that have worked for you.

Things that haven't worked for me:

Get a different gun. Answer: Tried about 15 different weapons.

Get a better computer. Answer: They don't come much better than mine.

Get better internet. Answer: If one more idiot tells me this...

File a support ticket. Answer: Already done once or twice, they seem to be shunning me.

Please give me some help on this. Any feedback is appreciated. xD

stop using phone internet
go play some other game where they have br's servers
dont download while you play
dont download hack.s

why should I?
do not use internet while playing

Your fault.

Either you have many people connecting to YOUR internet or you're downloading something.

your internet sucks...
go to speedtest.net check your download and upload speeds
go to pingtest.net and see your packet loss, ping, and jitter,
compare both to ISP stats
call them up and yell at them
stop downloading large files and playing at the same time
oh yea update your internet drivers...

What he said ^^ Go here http://www.pingtest.net/ ping Toronto Canada, Montreal Canada, San Francisco Ca. This may help you. My ping to : Toronto 80 Montreal 70 San Francisco 86, I have no Packet loss and jitter is 2, In game I ping all = 50/80... Miami no packet loss, ping 45, jitter 1 In game I ping Miami servers 25/40 And yes a call to your servers povider may help... Could be your upload speed is killing ya......

I have no Idea why people assume I have dialup, and no idea why people assume I download while playing.

I do not need to be told how my internet works, or how my computer works, as I know perfectly fine how they work.

What I want to know is this, wtf is the game not working?

For those of you that have give me good info, I thank you.
