After deleting all trace of CF from your pc . Reboot it then download a fresh copy of CF then install. YOU MUST NOT KEEP ANY CF FOLDERS , INCLUDING THE REPLAYS .Copy the replay files on a disk if you need them .ak47vsak74 wrote: »I can't start cf it loads to 99% or 100 closes and cf doesent start i have DONE EVERY POSSIBLE THING uninstall, delete folder, etc. I have windows xp service pack 3 so please any mod help and i can't post in tech support no one helps so please this is going since halloween patch so PLEASE! -

Having that stuff wouldn't stop him from playing unless i'm wrong. But he should try re-downloading Crossfire. -

you have a CF folder in your MY Document xd . delete it. you have another one ( Z8 Game) in your program file , delete this one too.ak47vsak74 wrote: »btw i dont have a reply folder i did follow ur steps on a another account and it still does not work, so any more ideas?????
Then do not use the CF exe file you already have to install. delete it then download a fresh one
Then if it does not work , go find a VOODOO :ohahaha -

If even on byte of data in one of those is corrupt then it would completely screw the game over again when it tried to access those files. -
omg we said it already
http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?t=96897
do a clean install, remove all traces of CF beforehand, upgrade your OS to its service pack
you lie, for you haven't posted in the tech forum yet, and you deserve an infraction for posting in the wrong section on purpose...
do what ghostbuster and the link tells you to do -
Well if none of what we proposed to you works , then you have that only solution left . Save all important files you got on your PC on some dvds or on another HD. then format and reinstall Windows. " I have 2 HD on my pc and on one of them I can`t play CF at all . But as there are too many important files that I need for my work , I decided to let it as it is and ,I formatted one only and put a new copy of Windows on it and run only CF on it "So now if you can`t play CF by doing what i said then you must play lego and forget about CF.:D
