Must be like a some other version were all is free (ip restricted to their country).

Not really worth it. Servers are probably not stable (are ours? )

Any way private servers are illegal I think so give the link to a GM or MOD and they'll deal with it.

I agree, I have played Phillipines version before and it has Mega Lotto. But I have the phrase "Eterniagames" before. Don't know where.

Also worth adding that this won't be alive for long, if its a functional copy.

Hosting CF servers require a licence from Smilegate inc.
Publishing without permission is of course a pretty severe legal breach.
