Members' Clan points glitched

So two members joined my clan a week or two ago. One came in with about 100 clan points, and the other with more than 600. Well, it's now about 2 weeks later and they still havn't been reset. Can someone fix it to what it should be?

I realize you are probably aware of this issue, but I can't find any threads on it, I tried looking.

The members that have more clan points than they should are:

only thing I can say is remove them from ur clan and have them re-enter. See if that clears it up.

They have been playing a lot and now these points stick with them. Not sure if it counts for the clan.

But what's the problem? Don't u like them to be on first page?

I'd rather not do that, if there's no alternative I might have to though I guess >.>

It doesn't count towards the clan, and it makes it look like they farm because everybody else has at or below 100 clan points, mn1 has almost 700.

can anyone else help?

There's nothing wrong with having them re-join... It could clear up the points.... Just give them a heads up before you kik them out... Let them know that they're bugged with the points and that one possible way is to have them rejoin...

It's not even a bad bug, not even really a bug. And do not listen to this guy. Have them leave and rejoin if you want to do that. Kicking them will make you lose clan points.

Um.. I'm pretty sure that those clan points stay in the clan forever until the clan itself is destroyed... You earned those points for the clan, they're now the clans points not your points.. I've seen clans that I've left and they've never suffered any rank loss because of my leaving.

I can't communicate with mn1 to leave and rejoin because he chooses not to participate in the clan forum, and he plays at different times than me and my other clan mates.

k so i got shrivler to leave the clan and then rejoin, and guess what? he had the same amount of clan points as when he left...... so clearly them leaving the clan and rejoining wont work. other suggestions?

well, shrivler's points got reset to 0 sometime today (he left and rejoined earlier today), so I guess the problem's fixed, just have to get the member to leave and rejoin and his clan points will be reset eventually.
