1) You're trash
2) You make teams every week, and you have never actually had 5 people in any of those teams.
3) If you have Billy he will leave tomorrow, or when you lose your first scrim/ if you ever have a first scrim.

I've only made 2 clans, the first was a fair success in which we merged and were around for about 6 months.
The 2nd didnt go out so well...compared to your over *cough* 7 teams that failed? I would have thought you learned.
