usualy thought with Credit cards , shouldn't take over a few minutes

Sorry to hear, that I don't know. Restarting the game only helped me when the zp showed up in the item mall, but not in game. I have had an issue where the credit card was blocked by my credit card issuer(in my case Wells Fargo) because they thought the purchase was fraudulent. Happened twice. But both times I didn't know anything was wrong until I got a call from wells because the zp was still credited. G4box on both occasions did not actually charge the credit card until later, they just made sure it was valid.

I wouldn't worry too much. If you've got a receipt, I'm sure you'll get your zp within 48 hours of submitting a ticket. But if you don't get the zp soon(maybe within an hour of payment), I'd send in a ticket.
