HGWC stops responding

I uninstalled the game and downloaded it from east mirror 1 Cross_Fire_Setup_V1056_xfire 483Mb. I dont have an anti virus, I turned off windows defender and my fire wall and no errors came up when downloading the game. Iclicked on the game and this happens
HGWC stops responding and I think x-trap downloads 2 files and stops at 52Kb/963Kb. Right after step 3 is when it stops. I sent in 2 support tickets with the screen shot but it just redirects me to the Xtrap and HGWC sticky thread. OS: windoiws 7 Ultimate 32 bit. It started happening on the December 12th. The game worked that morning but stopped working after a windows update that night.
