not that 1v1's matter to much, but I 1v1'd him when he was in a clan I made

I ended up winning 11-0 in TD, which I'm terribad at. Not to mention he has a terrible attitude when I made a joke @ the end of the match.

Kids wanted me to build a team in a week by picking up random terribads.

Terrible sponsor that doesn't even know what a team is.

No flame intended, but here is my thoughts on this situation.
When you become sponsored by a "company" or whatever the case may be, your reputation now also becomes the reputation of the sponsor. Drunk, you have a reputation to some who rages, retaliates, and flames other people. It may be said other members of your "team" too.
Now that you have a "sponsor", you cannot do these things anymore. You also have had a reputation for accepting anyone into your clan. This may also be something that the sponsor may not be okay with. The sponsor has a certain expectation of what your team should accomplish. If you don't, you will be dropped. I think that the sponsor will expect you to do tournaments and be a competitive team. Honestly, most of your players, although perfectly nice guys(when not raging), may not be the best players. Solid is probably one of the only players that could play on a competitive level. Now, you have to get only the best players, and cannot recruit everyone.
Once you start playing under a sponsor, you will be expected to fill these expectations. If you don't, well then, you're out of luck.
That being said, I wish you the best of luck and hope you're successful.

thanks for giving me tip but you know how a sponsor works and you been around sponsored teams your cool lol i dont care if i have the best players or the noobest players but at least i can say my clans dont disband in 2 weeks and or quit over whos better or whos not and we trying to get better so and we have improved over the last 2 months and been with the same guys its work in progress so we dont have to prove anything to anyone but ourselves ok good bye have nice day
