Sorry GM-s but I have to ask: one of my clan member has a permanent ban, reason is: Hack. but when I asked "did you use hack on CF", he answered: Never! I want to know can my clan member do something to regain his account? banned account's name is AnDGuL

case closed. unban the guy plus credit 100.000 ZP to his account right now for the inconvenience caused! if that does not happen within 24 hours, you will regret it Z8Games.

How can you threaten Z8games? He agreed to the term when created his account therefore anything that he violates will results in a ban. Besides ur no lawyer..
