Left my previous team because they forced me to play pretty much everyday and their playstyle was to passive for me...
I'm 19, 50 ping in uk server, rifle mainly, barely rage and dont trash talk.
looking for a not to serious clan with around 10 people, preferably 18+ and vent.
I just want to play casual scrims and dont plan to play esl or anything.

In OldLegends you need minimum 2cp per week, but that's just so everybody is somewhat active (as you most likely know 2cp a week is incredibly easy to get). I'm the clan leader and I'm 17, most of us are teenagers, one or two of us are younger and we have an older guy, I do not discriminate with age, but people that don't do what is told in scrims won't last long, we play as a team or not at all.
We have 17 people at the moment, a bit more than what you wanted but we will never get much more than 25.
We use teamspeak 3 rather than ventrilo.
We might not be exactly what you're looking for, and if you choose we aren't than good luck in your search.
Here's some general info:
No hackers, No glitchers, no QQers. We are a Scrim clan (although you don't HAVE to scrim with us) and will participate in WOGL when there is enough demand for it from the clan members, ESL is another possibility. We use teamspeak 3, and there are no m12s or scar lights allowed in clan wars.

None is 'forced' to play but I do agree with you, NIP is a tough nut to crack when it comes to skipping cf/scrims whenever he asks. Tell him no, then explain yourself why, tell him to stfu, back to where you started telling him no. It's a long process... but I wouldn't say anyone is 'forced'. Well you and I are very different, but I don't understand why you feel/felt this way.
