ping increase 14-20 now 100-130

Well i dont know what is going on so i am wondering what is happening if it just me or if ppl are having the same issue. My ping used to be about 19 ping in alpha or delta now its 130 ping thats a pretty big jump. I called my internet provider and they said nothing is wrong i reset my router and all that jazz. So i am wonder if ppl might have some hints to help me out.

P.S i live in Canada just outside of Toronto
