nVidia 6150 SE
I have a nVidia GeForce 6150 SE nForce 430 with 3GB Ram, but I can edit the setting on my graphic card to have better performance on games.
Do these settings look okay?
Anisotropic filtering - Off
Antialiasing Setting - None
Maximum pre-rendered frames - 8(Max and gives me a 50-70 ping on Crossfire)
Multi-display/mixed GPU acceleration - Compatibility performance mode
Texture filtering Anisotropic filter optimization - Off
Texture filtering Negative LOD bias - Clamp
Texture filtering Quality - High performance
Threaded optimization - Off
Triple buffering - On
Vertical sync - Force off
Post any comments if you have different settings to make games fast.
I know about other nVidia cards, these other cards have more settings than this one.

Imma buy an ATI HD Radeon 5850 Card, $219.99 USD is a really nice price...
Radeon HD 5850's are about 190, but the 6850's are even cheaper at about 180.
There's no point in getting a 5850 imo.
You can even get a 6870 for about 225 or so.
(I only took a quick glance, might be even cheaper.) -

Not if you don't use the overclocking setting it wont. What you must have heard is people using it to overclock and went to far without any extra cooling. That will hurt your card but just using it to change some D3d options it wont hurt it. -

Tbh, I preferred the 5850 to the 6870. It wrecked everything in Crysis Warhead. -

I need help changing these settings so I can make my game performance better.
After install it should be in your start menu.
I would show you where the D3d options are but i cant with my moded driver. But it should be on the bottom square just click the triangle and there is a DirectX icon. -
Warhead was well optimized though. How well does it bench in Crysis.
True. I found a few benchmark test, they used an i7 though, so ya know  I think they use 8GB RAM also, helps alot in Fallout3.
Here. There's a few pages, the 5850 dominated all the way through, and the 260 GT was the only other real competition. -

I would've benched it with 4 gigs of DDR3
A phenom x3
And that GPU.
Would have been a much more "budget" build to give a better general idea of what you will get. Some unsuspecting person with a Athlon II is going to read that and think he's rocking a beast machine.
Poor kids. -

Tbh your set-up would have been perfect. the three-core gives a nice inbetween point as far as CPU goes, as does the RAM.
Meh, we should run these sites Mr. Muffin

Aye we should! You got any HTML experience? Lulz.
Have three benching builds.
An old Pentium dual for low end
Core2Duo/phenomx3 for a midrange/budget
I7 Beast for those enthusiast kids with 7 grand to drop to play with collections of 1s and 0s.
