Ok first - Loading when scrimimg at HT
It happens around 80% of all games I play when scrimimg with the clan. What happens basicly is: The screen goes black - Starts saying the program cannot be read - That goes, the scores come up - Since the AUTO join joins everyone I have to click 'Join Game' - I Click the button(Disconnected from Server). My internet is fairly fast:
£5.67 Taken from my account - To staff who are reading this
I bought 10KZP of the game which is worth $8.99. As I like in the UK It only and should only charge me £5.67(Google Money Converter). But it has charged my mum debit card double and hasn't even credited me with the other 10KZP. I'm sure to myself I didn't double click the payment button, so what's going on here? If the £5.67 be credited into my mums account, that's great, or credit me with the extra 10K ZP. Either one is optional.

Go to "support" then on the right side, go to "web form" there's a window that asks for which game, you'd pick crossfire, then from there you'll have another scroll down window which you'd pick account issues or something of the sort... From there, it'll ask you for all your account details and then it gives you a comment paragraph where you can write your problem. DO that and wait at least 2 weeks for a responce. If that doesn't work then keep bumpin.
