New phone.. suggestions?

At the moment, i'm using one of those "Free Carphone Warehouse" Phones for when yours is in repair etc, been using it for like 4 month now and i'm wanting a new phone now i've got money

I'm looking for something most likely with a qwerty keyboard,
Not gonna go for a contract, cba with that ¬_¬
Internetttt would be good.
I don't want an iphone... at all.
Any suggestions? o.O

Evo 4g shift is the way to gooo.
