ItemMall from Web problem!!

I bought a couple items from the item mall from z8 website, and they say open " My Item" to activate but when I go to MY Item, nothing in there???

Only some items have to be activated, such a package items.

Some will already be in-game by the time you log-in.

Well I did log back in and out a fews time, but it isnt in my bag

And did you check the 'Storage' section?

I bought a katana and a shovel, and yes I did check storage in-game.

Hmm, give it a couple more hours. If it's not there, contact Support via a Ticket explaining the exact problem, as you have done so here.
