well i would suggest buy an exp plus item and other exp items. You can do that by buying GP with your ZP.
That will give you extra exp and help you level up.
Also since you bought 30k zp you must have 3k bp.
Buy the m4 for bp the normal one or collect for the silver m4 or ak -

what to get with your 30k ZP entirely depends on what you have right now... my first suggestion is always buying a good amount of GP... there are some pretty good GP guns... yes the advanced crate guns are awesome but are not too much better than even basic GP M4/AK47... in addition to to M4/AK-47, you can also buy such great guns with GP like TAR-21, QBZ, XM8, Scar Light, M12S (last 2 are noob guns), AWM/DSR-1 (I believe DSR-1 is the best sniper rifle in the game, even better than crate snipers) and RPK... you can also have a lot of fun with Dual Desperados... Scar Heavy is a great gun to learn on... I see it as training wheels for the AK later on... less power but manageable recoil and similar ROF... I don't think you should buy crates unless you already have a very solid GP-foundation... -
It depends on what you have...
if you're a sniper and you don't have a permanent deagle and awm, get those with gp.
if you're a rifler and you don't have a permanent rifle, get it with gp.
if you already have of one those weapons, go for crates.
Try the xmas crates, it has a good variety of perm weps.
I almost forgot... exchange your m16a2 with coupons in the item mall
