Bug or hack?

Is this a bug or a new hack? Basically, theres a ghost traveling all over the map in a matter of seconds and when he dies he comes back to life.. Also he goes to the gr side before we even get to spawn so yeah... Heres a short ingame clip i recorded. 1:00 is what im talking about. http://www.xfire.com/video/3efa79/

bug dude bug

its the same bug that when a player joins and starts spinning uncontrollably flies across the map shooting or w.e
and ppl he kill shows up as suicides on that player...

its a bug

mostly means the server is probably overloading a little or that the room itself isnt stable or something...

EDIT: i would go and find the post which some MOD or GM/CM explains that it is a known bug but im too tired sorry

totally bug.. saw it also with an GR soldier in GM he got suicided but he came back to life.
