Problem Depositing
I can't deposit any ZP Points to my account... every time I try it just tells me it was voided, that my account has not being charged and the reason it is giving me for it is that it isn't passing the security validation or something like that.
Are there any reason for that? I'm filling the information correctly like I have done before (which has worked by the way)...

Same.. But it works.
It said the same thing.. apart from it said it taken the money from the card, But im still waiting on the zp. At this rant it takes forever to get to me and guess what? I still dont have it.
Cross Fire Needs to get its as in to gear and fix this because they are going to lose lots of people and MONEY. -
Same here, come on z8Games, right now this is one of my favorite games... one of the games I can actually play and I can't buy anything... you're loosing some profit here. Please fix this.
I cleared my cache, DNS was cleared, I cleared browser history, I pretty much cleared everything I can. I don't know what else to try... come on! -

I've seen it reject an address because of an extra space in the postal code. Canadian postal codes are usually L1L-1L1 but z8 will only accept it as L1L1L1. So it's very picky about the way you enter the information. Hope that helps. -

i been waiting almost 2 days now. i read over the zp thing and it says up to a week?
WTF... a full week just for zp? you taken the money and you cant give the zp on time? wow thats kinda lazy of you z8 games. -

Im not really mad no more but the fact is i payed for zp and i want to at lest get it.
so im keep this thread alive by posting day by day the days i have to wait for it.
lets see how long it takes for then to give me the zp. -

Reason:Failed to pass security validations.
Tried this a few days now... talked to my bank, they said there are no problems with my card and it is the merchant's error...
clearly Z8 doesn't want any money... I tried it with regular credit card purchase and through paypal... no luck...
