For now, the only way to get it is to buy the m4 riot package which is a waste. I recommend get it from the badge.

One way is in the Riot Squad Package....

You cant get it perm. Riot package temp, you can get 7 and 30 day from Assassin bages at levels B2 and A1 respectively
