Yes, today i camed from school and wanted to log in on z8 homepage....and...SURPRISE NOOB.....''...acc blocked for investigations bla bla bla''
Now , im pretty sure for what is this
: im gm pro , using headphones silencers guns and everything for a good gm game and probally a noob with no life and no skill and no brain reported me
My question is : IS IT SO HARD TO SEE THAT IM NOT HAKER? NEED 2 YEARS TO SEE?
1 more thing : if they will ban me permanent it means z8 staff is ''not updated''
but after how i know them they are pretty good...except this

some of u might know me...all my clan can confirm that i dont hack , including the leader of GHOST FAMILY , the winner clan of video contest
now u will say : the guy is new in clan he has 0 points .
wrong i was lt in clan but due some real life problems leaved and camed back last night before my account going under ''investigations''

I'd touch up that ramble a bit, but on topic if you dont hack you shouldnt be worried. At most it's a 7 day ban. Even though i'd try to make a appeal if it was truely a accident.

You should send a support ticket in order to appeal to this ban. I'm sorry, but there's little to nothing that MODs and us can do except notify the GMs for them to re-review the case.

It's a matter of if you hacked or not. If the GMs and Support Team think you cheat, it's their eyes, not the whole community's.

If you did hack, and are trying to appeal a rightful ban, your account(s) will be banned permanently from Support, if I remember correctly.

its not a 7 day ban ...it just says ''account under investigations''

My ticket took 6 days for them to reply. With 3 hours left til i was unbanned for "hacking." Slow Service IMO.

They're working as fast as they can. They can't just presume that you're telling the truth and unban you. They have to go through and investigate. Replying is different than looking. For instance, I look at threads all of the time, but don't reply if a reply isn't needed.

They could have viewed it, reviewed the hack report, and unbanned you.

Anyhow, the ban won't stay forever, therefore it's wiped off of your log, so if you were "banned for hacking" again, you would only be banned for 7 days, rather than a permanent ban.
