Clan name change

Sorry if its the wrong section, but i didnt know were to put it in.

I bought the clan name change item and I used it to put some special characters in my clan's name, but now I got a big, ugly "?" in it.
So here's my question: Is it possible to remove or to change the "?" without buing the item again ?
