Removing Immature/Negative User Names
Hi everyone, I recently attempted to send a support ticket about a problem I was having and I received an irrelevant reply that stated that my name is "immature" and gives the notion that I am here to "do harm to the community." Knowing that I have been with Crossfire from the time it came out to the present day and that I have always had the same screen/player name, this reply seems a little late 
. Perhaps, a better name filtering/ screening mechanism should be developed in order to prevent names like mine from being created. Maybe if my name was *1234567* I wouldn't receive so much back talk from the administration? 
Anyone have any ideas or plans for future screening methods?

Exactly. I send a serious support ticket (about an unrelated problem) and all they do is send back a late reply that labels me immature and a blight/ attack on the community. Good job administration team, you can add me to your increasingly long list of enemies. -

Seems OTT to me but then again "ass" is a typical bad word in most forums and I would suspect in game too etc

Wow, sounds like someone is kissing booty to get MOD. And i find it sacrilegious to say the GM's are God like, the Catholic's say you go to hell for that. In the long run the customer service for z8 is very poor, check the better business beuro for all their complaints. They dont publish their phone number on their web site and when you do contact them by phone they may be able to answer a question but will not assist you with your problem. They make you go trough the support form and wait almost 2 days before you get a response, when they have the ability to fix the problem then and there while you are on the phone with them. They do not strive for excellent customer service in my opinion, Ignore great suggestions all the time, and they are allowing our game to be over ran with Hackers. With the suggestions I know z8 does not develop the game and have no control over what can be added to it, but with some suggestions like for the North American Only server Which had over 40 pages of support from our community gets closed by a MOD that didnt even read the original post, just assumed that it was another suggestion requesting that South Americans and Euro's just get banned all together from the game. That is very poor customer service. -

The Word ass is used to describe a cross between a donkey and a mule. Not a swear, but it also depends on the context it's used in. Like his name AssClown like Ass whole is a swear. -

they do :P
they rename any bad IGNs or clan names too i believe..i know they rename IGNs to "badname####" or whatever..so ya, don't worry..they do change them.
