Ewww... increase the noise or the resistance more, the vertical lines dont look like rain anymore, also increase the depth by alot, like ALOT, and increase opacity (make more opaque), also lower the life time of each thing, and then you got it amazing...

OH your using Vegas, I use Adobe after, so idk how you do it in Vegas, but increase the z axis depth for the particles, and increase the resistance or noise, whatever its called higher so the rain doenst go down in a completly vertical fashion. Lower the lifetime of the particles. -

Lawl, I already mentionned it in the beginning of this threadDecided to make random things in Vegas
So you recommend to make the rain going more diagonal and make it dropping slower
on the other hand, there's no settings for particles resistance in vegas

Hmmm, there is probably a way to get around it though, Ill try and find a tutorial online or something, and No, keep it the same speed, and if you cnat cause some random rain, then you might as well go with the straight., so keep it the same. -
