Z8 Surveys... no points... who to talk to?

Did the Bing toolbar offer on the CF launch screen... didn't get points... it seems like those offers don't go through any particular offer provider... so where do I file a ticket for missing points? thanks!

My friend I done like more then 100 that surways and things and i got around 4000 zp WITH 100 surways (and you have several survays that are giving over 10k zp)

Whichever sponsor you used you need to click the View Offer Status link. That will give you a list of the ones you have tried. Then there will be an option for missing or unpaid zp. Just follow the instructions there. Don't sent a z8 support ticket they wont help.

You, sir, don't get it. Open crossfire (not patcher but g4_box) they added surveys from there.

thanks for the suggestion but unfortunately that's not what I'm looking far... a few days ago Z8 added offers to that screen that you see when you start CF... and those offers don't seem to go through any particular provider... so there's no place to file a ticket...

I've been told those offers on the launcher are all from SuperRewards, and you're correct on opening tickets through support.. all of the survey providers are off-links from their direct site, support CANNOT give you points for offers because all the data is stored on the survey providers side the most they can do is tell you if you've gotten the points already.

Please note that survey transactions can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days. There isn't really a point in opening a ticket right after you finish a survey because it wouldn't have even processed by then.

Then you can't do surveys. I got 100K ZPs from them, and there are people that got like 200/300K

Ah ha, No I didnt get. I hadn't noticed that new thing in the crossfire laucher!
