Beretta is a juiced up AK. It has a stable burst fire with 5 shots maximum and able to help with rushing and ambushing tactics... Not so much in recon.

Type89 is a precision gun, Only thing relateable with it is the Scar light. Here's the kicker. The Type89 is more accurate but a tiny bit weaker meaning more shots but with the stability of the guns recoil, that's no problem.. I even killed many many many scruubers with this gun, close range and far. As for its fail silencer, It's still good for recon because the sound is such a pitch you're not sure what the heck it is or where it's comin from. And I give it a plus if it sounds like a lazer lol. I played star wars battlefront 2 alot so it didn't bother me at all.. Actually made me felt more homely in the maps.

The type89 doesn't take too long to reload tho. It's not like a k1a where you pull out and plug in the clip, but it's not like the k-2 where you have to unlock 3 different things to put the new clip in, then secure the clip again. Ok.. K1A reload time would be 1 1/2 seconds. K-2 is 3 seconds. So the type89 would be about 1 1/2 -2 seconds tops.
The rifles in general are gonna have a bit of a longer reload time since they're mainly used for medium to long range. But I'd say the beretta and the type89 are even on the reload time. Just that the beretta looks cooler when reloading.

The only thing that makes type 89 better than beretta that it is 100% wallbang.

Beretta: Kinda like the AK, but a more unstable spray. It's pretty good if you can use it just like the AK. Nice power, and great for rushing/cqc.

Type89: Full wall bang I believe, and a dead accurate 4-8 shot burst if you crouch and burst 8 shots. If you can get over the meat arm effect on some male characters, this is pretty good, sort of low power though.

Berreta is stronger, it has better Accuracy, better Recoil, better Weight, more Automatic, and more ammo
