according to Mod D34d3y3 : Learn to accept it. It's a lottery, not a store. When you buy a crate, you are guaranteed NOTHING more than three random items. It is not a scam or a fraud. Many people are lucky enough to win the guns, many people are not. If you spend ridiculous amounts of money and win nothing, you have nobody to blame but yourself. Spend no more than you are willing to lose, and stop acting like spending large amounts of money entitles you to something other than what you got. You could spend hundreds of dollars on scratch tickets from a gas station, that doesn't entitle you to the jackpot any more than spending hundreds of dollars on crates does.

well then since it is all luck then there must be a certain amount of each things in each crate correct? etc. in 1 crate: 1 perment guns, 25 gps, 5 temp guns, 10 sparys, 5 coupons.

Each item has a percentage of winning.

Obviously a permanent item will not get that many of %( it would defeat the purpose of being rare), and 7day items will have more.

well then is it possible 4 some 1 to tell me the percentage? or it must be kept secret?

i belive it is generated randomly when you spin the crate. correct me if im wrong

the percentage is not random... the percentage has to be fixed... I mean it can be random within some range but the range has to be so small that effectively it is fixed... there's not a point of the percentage being random within a small interval... its fixed and its kept secret so people buy more and more crates... if the percentage would be truly random it sometimes could be 1% and sometimes 100% and we all know the chances are not that high... now the chances for different crates might be different but I'm 99.9% sure that the odds are fixed for every single crate...

let me put this into perspective for you... I probably bought about 50 ZP crates now and over 100 GP crates and never even SEEN a perm gun... but I've heard of people winning stuff on their first crate... go figure... some people just get lucky, and then there are people like me who have all but given up on crates... the only reason I still do surveys for crates is that I'm short of coupons for the M4-Custom... when I do a crate these days I don't even expect to win a gun... I look for coupons and maybe some decent GP so I can buy exp items...

I've heard that the chances of perm guns are less than 1%... I'm definitely beating those odds by not winning anything at all lol!

I just would like to know why can't we the winning percentage be released? Everyone already knows it's VERY LOW, personally I would be happier if I knew exactly the gamble I was taking.
