Why can't i "Play Together" anymore?

I get this message all the time when i try and play together with someoen, I reinstalled, and restarted PC. Still happening

Anyone else having this?

ok though I don't have this problem... just want to point out this...

Have you performed a clean installation of the game?

its basically a reinstall of the game, but in a more elaborate manner
