First of all, I apologize if it's the wrong section, but I couldn't find any better one. If it is wrong, I kindly ask a forum MOD to move it.
Second: this thread is NOT meant to assign any kind of blame/responsibility to ANYONE. NO accusation are being made whatsoever. I am NOT saying that all the surveys are scams, all I will do in here is show you 2 obvious undeniable scams (NO business/companies real names will be made public).

Example 1: regular survey, I am being asked to fill out a form to create an "FREE" account (valid credit card details ARE required). Reward: 6 ZP :) Useless survey, I didn't do it for zp, I can afford to use item mall, I did it out of curiosity. I created the account, I received a "success" message, yesterday at 16:28:53. Today the same curiosity made me check my credit card log and transactions at the bank. Yesterday at 16:29:07 my Visa was charged 6 USD. The following is the actual transaction record :
"Time: 16:29:07
Amount charged: USD 5,99
Payment: delivered
Transaction type: others ==> lol
Warning! The transaction has been qualified NOT SECURE. The ... render DOES NOT meet the requested Online Security conditions. Although the payment has been successfully completed, .... Bank Electronic Security System strongly advises you to block any further payment requests coming from the specified render. If you wish to do so, please contact the ... Bank Operator immediately at....".

So, 1 dollar for 1 ZP, pretty good bargain heh? Btw, I didn't get my 6 ZP by now :)

Example 2: tricky survey. I need to create an account, download the product and use it as a free trial for 30 days. Reward: 5500 ZP. In order to receive the ZP, I have to keep the account activated for 30 days. If I deactivate the account within 30 days, I will not receive the ZP. The trick: on the bottom of the page, there is a small print that says: "If you don't deactivate your account within 30 days, your credit card will be charged automatically for the 1 year full purchase at the price of 79,99 Euros". So, 80 euros for 5500ZP. Smooth, ain't it?

Just 2 suggestions: be careful when you use your credit card and: the most secure, the simplest and the fastest way to get ZP == use the deposit option on www.z8games.com

    I got stung also by a free survey.In germany there is a company that automatically enters you into competitions.

    In the small print of one of the surveys(not even on the main page.i know this info because this scam has a website forum with over 77pages complaints about it),it says if you don't unsubscribe this box you must pay 5 euros a month for 2 years.

    I have now recieved my third and final paymeny warning and i expect thr next one to be a mahnungsbescheid(a threatening notice of pending court action).The thing is this company has yet to take anyone to court they only threaten,with simularities to the companies that send pay up or else for illegal downloading.If they take someone to court their buisness model will be exposed and they would lose as i have signed nothing.Its just a disreputable scam company.Even if you want to complain to them the only number you can reach them on costs 90cents per minute.I am looking forward to going all the way to court if necessary to expose these fraudsters.

    I wish i knew exactly what site i got it from,but as i only do offers on crossfire i could of got it from nowhere else.So yeah i agree with you care is necessary

    First of all, you should visit the survey provider's website in order to ask them, "Hey, I did the survey, what went wrong?" They should give an intelligent answer. Also, there's a "View Offer Status" option usually in your survey provider small screens located in the Deposit Section

    If they don't give a good answer, Support has some useful ticket information

    Have you contacted Survey Company yet?

    [YES] gives you a support section ticket. Continue and finish the form.



    [NO] would give :
