Cant log on

when i log on it says check ur id and pass, but it says my account name at the top of the screen for a second when i click on the tabs but it wont actualy let me log on?

yeah i dont know why i want to reedeem something but i cant cuz it says im not logged on but i can post in forums and change account info?

this is the account i want logged in and it does the same thing thats why i stopped playing the account i made the original post with i thought it was just the account but its not and i dont know how to get it to work i would like to reedeem a code but cant
