Well I feel the same way about brs as everyone else that plays this game. I just happen to be one of the few that talks about it. Instead of catering to a south American country when this in an NA game you should be like cs and ban them. Of course they make you guys too much money eh? And if your system worked I wouldn't be banned anymore. But that would cost too much money to take the time to fix it I assume? Nice, real nice. There's a difference between being vocal about an issue and insulting or being hateful.
You haven't figured out the difference between those two yet. So your account will remain banned.
We have made numerous statements that we have no intention at this time to block any country from playing Cross Fire. Our servers are located where they are and we've put a server as far south as we legally can. We have also said that we treat all players the same. If you feel you've been insulted in another language by another player then you can use the support system like everyone else. We take all the appropriate actions against all these cases. The forums are not the place to whine about that kind of stuff.
Unfortunately for you you haven't figured this out yet and you continue to whine about it.
No where are our GMs obligated to turn PMs on the forums on. If you have an issue with your account (be it a forum ban or otherwise) then you can use the support system like everyone else.
Again, a point that some people, even from places you seem to hate have figured that out faster than you seem to have.
Our system has been fixed, and now works perfectly. When we have the time to handle accounts from when the system was previously not functioning properly, we will handle those specific cases. Until then I suggest reviewing the rules and code of conduct. -

Interesting. I personally don't have a problem with brazillians. I just have a problem with not having a place to AWAY from them. -
Well in that case it would only matter if they were IP banned... but they dont IP ban everyone.
I know they choose not to in terms of the game. But forum software has the ability to. I know people will spoof IP's to get around it...but I just think its silly for administrators to temp ban an account, but allow alts to post. Just doesn't make sense to me, that's all.
I am on the side of making this community strong and fun, not here to push buttons.

As well as it contributes to more serious discussion, something this forum desperately needs.
PS: We've always infracted for cursing etc, the new system just makes it more clear for the user.
