oook so a friend of mine got his account "hacked" somehow, he can no longer access it since the guy who hacked it obviously changed the password and e-mail. So, my question is: is it recoverable if he can prove with screenshots, replays, etc. that the account was/is his? If so what kind of ticket should he submit? I'm kinda confused since this problem "fits" all three categories : technical support, hacking report and complaints. If anyone can enlighten me (GM, player, i don't really care, just need some info

if he has bought zp in the past, showing the reciepts would help...
knowing the secret question/answer things...

and this is actually an account issue, so you wouldn't send the ticket from crossfire, but rather account... then probably account administration

lol my friends acc is hacked too,he send all proofs even zp transaction but z8 asked him for walliemart id o.O but he never used it lol

Would go under technical support. From there it will say "account information" or something along the lines. You have to remember everything from that account that you used to have... Old password, old log-in and also a screenshot or replay of using that accouunt will help you greately... My account was hacked before and within a month, I got my account back.

wow, and i thought it was an 100% lost cause... well still nothing is certain, but it is possble. :P thank you all, i hope my friend can get his acc back.

P.S:For those who r wondering why i am posting instead of my friend, he is unfamiliar with forums and also "forum-shy" , so he asked me to do it instead.
