No, Mail No Zp, Credit Card charged.!!

So today i tried to buy 50k zp with clickandbuy bcus credit card wont let me .idk why... so i got the part where i needed to confirm my age and i wrote 15 but it said i was too young... so i closed the page and later on i bought 20k zp with credit card and it worked fine but when i checked my money on the card left, it says that the 50k order that i closed and it said i was too young and everything charged my card for 42,99$ and i dont got the zp and bcus of i closed the window as i said... i did NOT recieve a mail wich i guess u would understand if u cancel it. Any help would be appreciated! please.
